Product Features

The sulfonate copolymer DSP-2, a fluid loss reducer for drilling fluid, is a multi-step polymerization of acrylamide, acrylic acid, 2-acryloyloxybutyl sulfonic acid (AOBS), Epichlorohydrin and a new cyclic cationic monomer under the action of initiator. This product has a good thickening effect in freshwater slurry, and a small increase in viscosity in saline slurry can effectively reduce filtration loss, improve mud cake quality, and have a certain ability to inhibit clay dispersion. This product has good temperature and salt resistance, especially suitable for seawater drilling fluid, deep well and ultra deep well drilling fluid, with a general dosage of 1% -1.5%.

Performance characteristics

High efficiency, low dosage, and good filtration reduction effect;

It has good thermal stability, temperature resistance of 180 ℃, and can be used in deep and ultra deep wells;

It has strong resistance to salt to saturation, calcium and magnesium, and can be used for drilling and completion fluids in fresh water, saline water, saturated saline water, and seawater;

It has a good thickening effect in freshwater slurry.

Packaging and storage

This product is packaged in three in one bags, lined with film bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag; Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place.

Safety considerations

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing, otherwise rinse with plenty of water.
