Product Features

Nitrile silicone polymers are formed by crosslinking polymerization of olefinic monomers with silane coupling agents. Due to the introduction of high-temperature resistant groups such as sulfonic acid, nitrile, and silicone groups in the molecular chain, this product has excellent high-temperature and salt resistance, with a temperature resistance of over 240 ℃ and salt resistance to saturation, making it suitable for ultra deep well drilling construction. It is suitable for drilling fluids in fresh water, saline water, saturated saline water, and seawater, and can be directly added to various water-based drilling and completion fluids, with a general dosage of 1% -2%.

Performance characteristics

High efficiency, with excellent resistance to high temperature, salt, and filtration loss;

It has strong resistance to salt to saturation and calcium and magnesium, and can be used in drilling and completion fluids in fresh water, saline water, saturated saline water, and seawater;

It has excellent high-temperature resistance, and on-site applications have shown that it can withstand temperatures above 240 ℃, making it suitable for use in deep wells, ultra deep wells, and geothermal wells;

Has good compatibility.
